Neil Stedman is a senior real estate professional with 12 years of experience in acquisition, development, entitlement, and disposition. Mr. Stedman began his career in Washington, D.C. as the co-creator of Icon Development, a boutique development firm focused on single family renovations, condominium conversions, infill lot new construction, assemblage, and subdivision. Despite starting in the height of the Great Recession, Icon Development grew rapidly and, at the time of Mr. Stedman’s departure, had earned in excess of $30,000,000 in revenues.
To diversify his real estate skill set, Mr. Stedman shifted focus on land acquisition and joined Lennar’s DC/Metro division as a Senior Land Acquisition Analyst. Soon after, Mr. Stedman was hired as Beazer’s Land Acquisition Manager, focusing on Maryland’s core markets – Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, Howard County, and Montgomery County.
Mr. Stedman joined the Fraser Forbes team in 2020 and is eager to bring his passion for real estate acquisition, development, and disposition to his new role.
