Barry Clifford comes to Fraser Forbes with 14 years of experience in the Industry. With a diverse background and ample skillset Barry will be taking on the role of Assistant Vice President of Advisory and Brokerage. Barry’s background includes 4 years as a law clerk while obtaining a master’s degree in real estate development from his Alma Mater, The University of Maryland. Barry spent 9 years with Toll Brothers rising the ranks from Land Acquisition Analyst to Project Manager, and Community Planning Manager. He assisted in the analysis and acquisition of several marquis properties ranging from the Hanson Farm and WMAL properties in Montgomery County MD to finished lots at Turf Valley and Linden Grove in Howard County.
Barry picked up 4 years of field experience as a Project Manager in various locations around MD before lending his expertise opening communities and overseeing the construction of several model homes around the state of MD. While Barry has extensive roots in Montgomery County, he currently lives in Severna Park with his wife and young son.
