Justin Roberts serves as the Assistant Director of Operations at Fraser Forbes Real Estate Services, where he supports company leadership in managing project pipelines, internal systems, and operational strategy across the firm.
Justin began his career with Fraser Forbes as an intern in June 2023 while completing his studies at the University of Maryland, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management in May 2025. Throughout his internship and transition to a full-time role, he has played an integral part in advancing the firm’s data organization, project management platforms, and company-wide reporting processes.
