The Paul VI Redevelopment has been planned as an attractive and vibrant mixed-use community that provides distinctive and diverse housing options and preserves and respects the unique qualities and character of the surroundîng neighborhood. ln addition to its townhouse and single family offerings, the community will also include 144 condominium homes, 20,000sf of retail and 24,000sf of community/business commercial use which will retain the façade of the school. IDI Group, the master developer, will develop and retain this portion of the project.
