As our Vice President of Advisory and Brokerage, he helps represent sellers and buyers of land, as well as educates our clients on project evaluations, acquisitions and development of their asset.

Tom’s extensive résumé spans decades in real estate development that includes directing land acquisitions and dispositions of over 3,500 lots as Vice President of Winchester Homes, developing office and flex-space buildings and parks for Winchester Commercial, serving as Vice President of DC Development for the Oliver Carr Company where he supervised projects such as Metro Center, the AARP Headquarters, and the completion of the Willard Hotel and Retail Complex, and managing the consulting division of the Rouse Company, providing urban design and financial and market research services to various cities.

He is a graduate of Amherst College and holds a Master of Architecture degree from Harvard University, which he utilized as an Associate at Arthur Cotton Moore/Associates working on the Georgetown Waterfront, Canal Square, the Old Post Office, the Van Ness apartments and more. Tom was also an Adjunct Professor in the George Washington University MBA/Urban Studies program.
