Bruce Winston is a key leader at Fraser Forbes Real Estate Services, defining the class in best-in-class real estate services as our Executive Vice President. His twenty-two year tenure of expertise and service has benefited clients and projects alike, affording each opportunity the same attention and dedication regardless of scope.
After more than 50 years working in the DC metro real estate market, Bruce has a breadth of knowledge and relationships rarely seen today, and his understanding of the development process from start to finish helps guide our clients and their projects to the finish line. Bruce has worn just about every hat (including a hard one) in this industry, working in brokerage, acquisitions and development, construction and more.
He began his career in the early 1960’s with Dorothy K. Winston & Company, which formed the foundation of his extensive knowledge of the real estate world. Bruce continued to enhance the DC metro area for 25 years as a builder and developer in both the residential and commercial sectors, completing over 800 single family and townhome projects, several hundred residential lots and even developing an office building. He also served as the president of the SMBIA (now the MNCBIA) in 1983 and 1984.
